When turning and opening tools, malfunctions and accidents at work occur time and again, caused by outdated handling or dangerous procedures.
The NoWMOVE-MSB is the all-round solution for tools weighing up to 2.5 tons. Turners, openers, maintenance and inspection workstations are combined here for ergonomic and safe handling.
Safely turn and open 2.5 tons
To turn the tools, the table can be easily rotated by 90° using the built-in chain drive, which is controlled by a cordless screwdriver. The turning frame can be safely stopped in any intermediate position. The fixed clamping plate is equipped with several adjustable T-slot rails, which can be moved in position and thus flexibly adapted to the tool.

Integrated air cushion function and leak test
The highlight is the freely movable, air-bearing plate on the worktable. Connected only by compressed air, the tool can be opened simply and easily, pulled apart and moved flexibly and freely on the table by hand.
The NoWMOVE also has an integrated leak test using compressed air. The inlet of the temperature control channel to be tested is simply connected to the test station and a dummy coupling is plugged into the temperature control outlet.
