MAGNETIC HOLDER FOR MULTI COUPLINGS
Mounting the multi-coupling with the aid of four magnets, as an alternative to the classic screw connection on the mold, enables flexible positioning as no threaded holes are required on the mold. It can also be mounted directly on the mold quickly and easily without additional tools.
This solution is also ideal for retrofitting molds from individual mono-couplings to a multi-coupling. However, contract injection molders also benefit from this, as the supply of mold temperature control can be flexibly adapted to their own machine conditions. This saves time and costs during the assembly and maintenance of the molds.
MAGNET QUICK HOLDER
The magnetic quick holder (article no.: FL46605) can be used for the multi-coupling series M009, M090, M109, M152 and M155. Standard mounting accessories for the multi-couplings are still used for mounting and are supplemented by the magnetic holders.
Four magnets are used per multi-coupling, which reliably hold the coupling with the hoses on the tool with a high holding force.
