Shorten ejector pins

A cutting machine and trained personnel are required to cut ejectors to length. The work must be carried out precisely and requires tolerances to be adhered to in order to ensure process reliability. Alternatively, the work step can simply be outsourced and the ejector pins can be ordered directly in the required dimensions.

With the NONNENMANN ejector configurator, straight and stepped ejector pins as well as flat ejector pins and core pins can be ordered in the appropriate length.

The head shape, material and surface treatment can also be defined. For the head shape, you can choose between countersunk head, cylinder head and cylinder head with one-sided anti-rotation lock.

The material and surface treatment options include nitrided, nitrided and black oxidized, hardened, hardened and DLC-coated as well as hardened stainless steel.

With a flat ejector pin, the number of corner radii can also be determined (two, four or none).
